To: SBS Transit

I am writing in due to the disappointment I had with the service provided by SBS Transit. It has always been a pleasure travelling with SBS Transit, however, the experience I had this evening has made me quite disappointed with the service.

Although incidents are inevitable at times, it is crucial that the actions taken in lieu of the incident would take in the considerations of consumers. However, the action that SBS Transit (or the driver) has taken to handle the incident today has obviously overlooked on the welfare of SBS consumers.

It took quite a long time, before bus service 66 finally reached the bus stop at Upper Bukit Timah Rd - Opp Bukit Timah Plaza. As per normal, consumers boarding the bus would crowd at the head of the bus stop. However, when the buss arrive, something unexpected hit us. The bus driver did not open the door for us to board and this surprises us. A few seconds later, he informed us that the 2 ezlink card tappers at the front is faulty and we had to pay cash in order to board the bus. Thus, only one or two consumers board the bus as I am sure, most of us are not willing to spend the extra money to pay cash.

The issue here is not regarding the extra cash that we have to pay, but it is the service that is provided. In the first place, the technical error surfaced due to the fault of SBS and not the consumers. Thus, I felt that it is unfair to us that firstly, we have to pay extra cash in order to board the bus (taking in consideration that paying by cash cost more than ezlink card charges, and that as a student, I have bought the bus concession pass), and secondly, it has brought inconvenience to us as we have to wait for the next bus to arrive, which may take another 20 minutes or even more.

It is definitely unfair to me as I have the bus concession pass and it definitely makes no sense to me to pay cash, since I have the concession pass. Thus, I have to wait for the next bus against my will.

A year ago, I had a similar experience with another SBS Bus Service 99. However, I am quite pleased with the actions taken by that particular driver as he allowed us to board the bus without paying since it is on your part, at fault. I felt that this is a more reasonable and justifiable way to handle situations like this so as to go the extra mile, to provide better services to your consumers.

I felt that good service meant that be it the fault lies with the company or the consumer, the company will take reasonable actions and take in considerations for their consumers' welfare instead of proposing unreasonable advice to the consumers, bringing them much inconvenience and put them at the disadvantage.

I hope you will look into the matter and perhaps, implement a better way to handle situations like this in future.

okay. long tuesday. tedious and tiring. i think i wun like tuesdays anymore :( i dun really like today actually afterall. nt really dun like. just.. dun really like.

school was fine. nice and smooth.

darn. my left foot is a little swollen due to some stupid mosquitoe bites! daddy ask me go see doctor. but im afraid tt the doctor will inject some stupid injection on me! NOOOOOOOO. so i stick to the fact tt my foot swell a little coz of the itch! and my brother is currently calling my foot pig foot. he ask my mum to braise my foot to eat =.= NT FUNNY.

i think mosquitoes are irritating. bel and jy got bitten too! must be the jurong mosquitoes. i wanna complain!

i think i recently can be complain queen. i just wrote to Singtel a few days ago coz of the stupid connection that they provide now! its so inaccessible!! as in.. connectivity SO LOUSY!

and their service also CMI pls! they replied me once, saying that they need more details and reply them so their technicians can look into it and find the problem out. so... i replied that happily thinking tt they will look into the matter. then after replying, i realise i miss out some info! so i sent another email and guess what!!!

a bounced email came, saying that the domain i replied to is no longer available! it is just a temporary domain and if i have any enquires, i have to resend them at the complain form on their website. TT'S SO IRRITATING! OMG. im so going to write them another email.

and hey. my email skills very good okay. im so damm polite in my email and use very very formal language in my email!

so the next organisation i will email to is... SBS TRANSIT.

omg?! today i was gg to board a 66 liao. then.. the driver say the 2 ezlink card tapper infront is spoilt. so either we pay cash or board the next bus. HELLO?! got sense anot. pay cash = pay more than ezlink. somemore i got concession again?! and it also cost me opportunity cost if i wait for the next bus coz i will waste time! what if im rushing off to somewhere?! its not even the consumers' fault tt the tapper spoilt okay! i tot drivers are supposed to check that everything on the bus is working before they provide the service?! so even if it spoilt halfway, so be it! providing good service meant tt if its your fault, you will try all means and ways to compensate ur consumers even if it meant tt it will be at your own expense!

its so irritating! they earn like millions and millions a day and yet they cant even provide a free service due to their technical fault?! WHAT SERVICE IS THIS. helllo SBS. you are going to appreciate my cool email skills i learn from business communications 1. (:

im still doing tuts for FIT. its another irritating subject like CIP. full of theory and memorising things. I HATE MEMORY WORK!

was too shagged to blog ytd night. lol! topple on my bed, and lay dead till the morning, when my aching muscles on my arm woke me up. irritating.

okay. nvm abt tt for e time being. I JUST HATE THIS MORN. coz i felt like dying. dun feel like doing anything and cant get quality sleep either. and my table light isnt working for i dunnoe why! so im irritated by it currently too. LOL. okay. tt's so sidetracked.

anyway, ytd was a happy day coz i love ytd. the aching didnt happen ytd. anyway, yeaps. ytd is a happy day :D

i ate so much ytd tt i think i gained twice the amt of calories i worked out =.= I LOVE CRAYFISH AND CHICKEN COMBO AT MY PLACE.

so is today, except for the morn part when i dragged myself up! went for photog meeting in the morn. i was early despite waking up late! lol. had quick breakfast before the freshies came. IM NO LONGER A FRESHIE! :D:D im ROTTIE. =.= nt funny. okay. yeaps. had teambonding and blah blah. seems that lots of cca having orientation at the same time? lol. then went city to shoot. yeapps. my team went to Singapore Flyer. OMG. SO DAMM EXPENSIVE JUST TO TAKE ONE FERRIS WHEEL?! im gondu if i will spend tt money to go on tt ferris wheel unless i get an increase in my allowance :D

so yeaps. we loitered downstairs and went to padang for debrief. and happily, went to meet dawn at wm! PASTA MANIA!!! so long nv eat already. yum yum. then went ozy's place to watch fb =.= lol! and also to pick up jersey. anyway, the guys are so emotional. when manu is losing, they were like so upset and using their hoodie to cover their head and pray. then.. manu scored, ALL ALLL of them JUMPED UP, including rocky, and they danced around with rocky!!! LOL. omg. hahahah. tt's such a... nice picture. but too bad. manu lost and they were so fedup. lol.

then went home and waited ages for 178 to come :(
178 hates me. they collaborated with the mosquitoes there so tt the mosquitoes can bite me more!

is it only 2nd week of school?

why do i feel like it's the middle of the term already?! lol! im so busy. have so much things to do. i have been complaining so much. and joyce compared her schedule with mine, which makes mine miserable, but still... i have alot to do!!

so today. school-ed all the way to 4pm and have to continue our report assignment after school until about 5 when joyce had to go. but luckily we wrapped the report up before 5 and well, i just emailed my tutor. phew~ lol! hilarious thing. I COPIED DOWN THE WRONG EMAIL OF THE TUTOR IN MY NOTEBOOK!!! lol!! so i end up sending multiple emails but all get bounced coz the server denies such a domain?! lol. so went intranet to search for her email and realised i typed G as H accidently. oppps :P and i told weiloong the wrong email! ahhahahah.

and so, after this, we have a 25% report coming up =.= ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZz. everyone. be prepared to do survey for me. lol. i need 30 respondents OR. ZZZZZZZZZZZ. okay. why am i whinning so much when all my seniors have taken my route before? or perhaps they whine as much as i do now. and i dun like bcomm this sem! coz presentation takes up so little %. so we have to write tonnes and tonnes of report to do well. and i hate it.

so... tml 3-5 :D but i need to travel all the way down to pick sth up for my aunt, and then.. buy donuts for the bunch back in np. LOL. and i can sleep late tml :D

anyway...! i shall make a resolution to sleep at 11pm everyday!!!!!!!! I CAN DO IT. or else i will die out some day.

then friday... lectures mostly and then aerobics at night (:(: yays. can cut the excess fats. and saturday, photog meeting+outing! ohyea. dawn's in photog! lol. ahhahaha. okay.

OHYEA! there's a few things to blog abt.

SOME KUKUS WENT TO COMPLAIN STEF SUN FOR SINGING NDP SONG FOR 3rd YEAR OR?! so now she not singing alrdy or?! OMG. im so irritated with those ppl! JOI CHUA ALSO SINGING FOR 2ND YEAR LE OR!! why so unfair one! so biased :( i hate you ppl. i want see stef sun sing live lor. sigh. nvm. i shall pray for miracles :D

and... THIS CHEENA AUNTIE TODAY ON THE BUS SO IRRITATING!!! okay. bus 154 double decker, the below decker behind always have these seats that are facing each other and not the front rite. i dunnoe how to describe but yea. ard there. then...!!! this auntie seat on those seats but tilted her whole body so that she faced the front?! and!!!! SHE TAKES UP LIKE... 2 seats instead of just one?! and the bus is alrdy so crowded coz its quite a peak period. and she was on the bus long before it was crowded and why cant she just choose the normal front facing seats in the first place?!

and to add on to that, she almost want to cheat SBS money.! lol. coz she didnt tap when she board the bus. so before the bus driver allow the ppl at np stop to board, he made her tap then open the door for us =.= SEE. for her own convenience, we have to put up with the inconvenience! selfish. tsk tsk tsk. you dun own the bus auntie!!! and i was quite tired alrdy so i keep looking at her coz her KNEE IS POKING ME when i sat beside her. but she just refuse to budge even an inch and.. SUA. i change seat. luckily the person beside me alight at the next stop. so i just smoothly slide to my right. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek. so upset.

but well. yea. gosh.

but ate my dinner heartily and decided to do my tutorial for tml happily also, until the saddening news was known and TADAH. sian 1/2.

supposedly a short day 9-1 tml. but due to make up from thurs' bcomm, tml 9-4 :( then..! thursday 3-5 NIA. SIAN OR NOT!!! what boring and stupid time! want also 9-11 mar. stuck in the middle of ridiculously nowhere.

im so upset and irritated that i needed an avenue to deposit all my unhappiness so i can go to sleep happily (:

Basically, you will be the ones helping out during the NDP. Roles include Ushers, VVIP Ushers, Leaders etc. Few trainings will be provided specially for you if you are interested! cca fiesta's finally over. I, Wei Maojun, Jacqueline, herby promise to myself that I will never allow myself to go to sleep without eating either dinner or supper.

It's so irritating that my stomach feels so empty when i wanna sleep and it makes me hard to sleep.

it feels empty, yet i'm not hungry.

but. well. noooooooooooo. no more going to sleep with an empty stomach. coz it hurts. and it affects the quality of my sleep. lol.

so im like a hungry but nt hungry ghost. woke up. stomach like cramp. =.= so i went to have a bite and felt better.

waha. school starts tml! cca fiesta. im gg to help out at photog booth before my IS start. shucks. it feels irritating to have IS on the first day of school. NOT fun at all. coz i hate IS. lol. well oh well. shucks. im still caught in a dilemna, not knowing whatttttttttt to do. i felt lost all of a sudden again. like to sian sian. nth for me to look forward to. i hope i dun fall asleep on the first day of lecture like last sem. LOL.i literally fell asleep while listening to FFA. so tired and the lecturer sounds like she's chanting santra or sth. so i just sleep in the comfortable LT.

woke up to an anticipating morning,

i realised chinese garden is really very big.
its so big that i couldnt even walk finish,
and its getting dark,
and i'm afraid to walk alone any longer.

ran to the brightly-lit area.
nope. no quiet places.
back at the pavilion which i was there on wednesday.
quietly, i sat there,
with my mp3 blasting my ears.
emotions overwhelmed me.
i need someone to be there by my side.

home.

im finally home. went kbox in e afternoon then steamboat.

zzzz. WHAT A SUAY DAY. i sing till half, actually nt singing. im just attacking the tidbits. then.. MY BRACKETS AT THE END CAME OFF! so the metal is tangling there and it pokes my tongue frequently and thus, ulcers grew. OUCH. and i use my finger to adjust the metal and in e end... the metal poke my finger too and there's internal bleeding. OUCH. aiya. irritating. i called the dentist and squeezed for an appointment tml. cannot take it.

the rest sang happily. until a point of time, someone decided to play badminton in the room, using slippers as the racquet and french fries as the shuttlecock =.=

and guys seriously like to play with food? at the steamboat there, they threw fishballs and meatballs at each other and stuffed them in doggie's pants. =.= then brian hl and doggie played with raw prawns?! trying to make a video with a story plot out of it. LOL. hilarious.

anyway. steamboat wasnt very enjoyable since i cant really bite. it affects my talking too. DARN. well. okay lar. the guys are pretty crappy. lots of pics. but nt in the mood to upload. lol. we are going to have jerseys :D the guys' soccer team + supporters :D im #12. okay. (:

saw someone at the steamboat there that looks like someone i noe. dawn n lele told me first. then i protested. then justin told me again! so i guess really look like. so i went to have a closer look. OHGOD. no. tt guy looks so indecent. but the side view really look like. nahh. nevermind. the one tt i noe looks best.

• wore jeans of the same design, bootcut, with only a difference in the shade: darker & lighter
• one of them wore this AHPEK flowery button top; the other wore this LOWCUT v-necked top revealing the chest [but no muscles. all fats with beer belly]
• then.. both wore this STYLISH CAP, that DOESNT suit their outfit at all, same deisgn, but diff colour again
• wore BIG RETRO SUNGLASSES, doesnt suit their outfit either
• hangs many accessories aroudn them, esp this BIG MALE TOILET SIGNED KEYCHAIN
