not again?!

now, i finally knew why i felt so lethargic ytd night. i was having this headache while watching tv and felt so restless. lol.

so went to sleep abruptly, nt even wanting to finsih watching my tvb show! i mean.. i can even forsake my tv!!! :D

then.. while im sleeping, i felt this familiar pain in my stomach. nonono. nt cramps! lol.

its the feeling i had at the beginning of the year, when i was merlion for a night.

and true enough, after an hour or so of rolling on the bed, i vomitted =.=

ahhaha. this time i didnt make a mess in my room! i ran to the toilet before i even puke out, and SPLAT. everything is on the floor! omg. i shld have the senses to even puke in the toilet bowl rite. then i dont need to clear the mess on the floor =.= but well.. poor mum had to wake up to clear my mess. haha.

so i paralysed on the kitchen floor after puking in the toilet. felt so... weak. haha. then mummy rub my tummy for me :D and i slept till today happily.


in all, i have contracted food poisoning again =.=

see lar. seoul garden food. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek. i puked all the chicken out. i can see it in my dirty puke!! lol. okay. gross.

then my mum conclude that i have sth against the chicken. coz the last time i had food poisoning, i ate chicken rice =.=

okay. so that's it. i hate food poisoning. it is worse than contracting flu. i mean.. the pain is so... whatever. you feel like vomitting all the way and you cant get quality sleep. and.. you makes you giddy and restless!

alrites. i make a resolution that i will take more care in my eating habits from now on. i will prevent food poisoning. darn.

this year seems to be a dunnoe-what-year. i dun contract food poisoning so often de lar! as in.. for my 17 years of life, i didnt even contract food poisoning more than 5 times. and... JUST THIS YEAR, i contracted it TWICE. zzzzz. happy food poisoning.
