it's been donkey years since i played pets society and today, when syahid told me to look at the news things, i was amazed. how my ranking was top 10 before, and now, i'm 20+++?! lol! everyone's so rich and high level. im sitll miserably low forever. very lazy to go visit all the 100+++ friends for coins which... defeats the purpose of playing pets society alrdy. ha. by syahid's giving me furnitures that he doesnt want. i'm accepting gladly (:

redcliff 2 and random thoughts

watched redcliff2 today. awesome (: but cruel. seriously, just because of a stupid war, millions of lives were taken away. and millions of lives are in the hands on just 6 ppl? whom love to fight and turn against each other. in the end, the remained alive, whereas the rest died. most poor thing is the guy. tt fan tong. he's so.. innocent and just want to earn a living. lol.

okay. im very affected by the killings and destruction i saw just now. yea. so gross.

back to reality. i'm have second thoughts of going for OIAP. all the opportunity costs are coming to me. sighhhhhh. RECESSION = companies not hiring = lesser oppotunities = got opportunity also lesser $$ = heavier financial burden = very sian tiao.

and all is... US fault. spend their bulk of money fight a war in iraq when they are in debts themselves. and their subprime policies which led to subprime crisis and the whole bubble burst and concurr with the debts. US companies falling, everyone fall. nice domino effect. arghhh.

had our XBRL Competition today (:

all of us were so nervous. first time giving a presentation in a LT. OHGOSH. lol. okay. i did lecture rally once, but tt isnt a good enough experience. so yea. its still v nervous since its the competition mood.

lol. yea. sort of impromptu presentation and managed to scrapped thru? the champion (syahid's group) was really damm zai. admit defeat. lol! they had role plays and stuffs which really captures the attention of the audience.

i would say our group did a fairly good job as well coming in second! :D hehs. hence, all of us received our first cny angbao from this comp! $300 :D yays. its going into my cny shopping budget. hahahahaha.

and... THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED MY TEAM SO MUCH!!! belinda, claire, elda, sean & clique, benjamin & clique, TA01, TA02 etc. (list is not comprehensive)

right after Newyear, slogged for OpenHouse09. sighhhh. spent about 23 hours in school from friday & saturday due to stupid open hse. & my projects undone still!

hi all. first and foremost. MERRY CHRISTMAS! (:

spent the eve shopping and then tonning over at ozy's place. went B&J @ nightsafari before heading to ozy's with dawn n lele to find stupid soonheng. realised fauzi is working there as well. lol. it's been a long time since i last see him. so, i haven been to night safari! ahha. yea. and B&J ice cream is nice (: esp after staff discount the price seems reasonable. haha.

so after sh knock off, adjourn to ozy hse's via point sh's hse. counted down at sh's hse =.= nth much to count down. HAHA. cabbed to ozy's hse to find justin climbing over the gates. and went merry-christmas everybody in the room. as expected, 4 ppl over at the mahjong table, the rest lying on the sofa, playing card games or ps2.

nth much for the christmas. main lead was missing. BRIAN HENG. he came back from the states last mon/tues.

btw, i survived sentosa w/o sunburn last tues! muahahaha. ty (:

it isnt fun to spend christmas reading abt how the US financial crisis is affecting the global economy crisis. and what bush says in his speech with reference to the crisis and all the other factors coming along. it depresses me coz im currently facing a financial crisis as well but with no relevance to the US financial crisis. i think the main factor of the US financial crisis is BUSH. dang.

darling cats and dogs brought me to sentosa :D
at night. coz i hate the sun. ahha. so again, i waited for others to arrive this year (i waited a few hours last year). ahah. something different. i felt like a tourist (: dined at a restaurant by the beach (aww. so romantic!) lovely pasta. and then....!!!!

they, like some cats, was lying to me about fetching wenjun in and stuffs... and then... we waited. then... i was lead to the beach before a gingerbreadman with candle appeared infront of weiloong like some dog. and.... jy the romantic girl spelt 'HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY!!!' with lightsticks on the beach. omg. its so damm touching plus nice plus.. im speechless. it was so unexpected and it was so nice. THANKS CATS AND DOGS!!!! love ya (: and wenjun really came after that. haha.

PART TWO
just as i'm playing in sentosa, my son called and ask me to go home at once. and they also like some doggies! so i managed to reach home at 11.30pm. and wait for their arrival. ALL THE WHILE, i only tot 3 person was present - yx, lele, doggie. so i was like.. what can we do? i went to take out my monopoly and stuffs... and seriously i tot only 3 person.

and they lied to me they bought such a big cake coz swensen's only left with 1kg cake and tt's the best they could get. i believed apparently. so just as we were about to sing the bdae song, doggie went to open the door and i saw SOOO MANY PPL OUTSIDEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! DAWNIE WAS HERE :D and afl, quan, neeeky, ozy, hl & JASON. jason lae! so surprised!!!

yeaaaa. i was speechless once again. i was really really speechless. and... happiness overwhelmed me. happy is just aint enuff to describe how i felt. and of coz pressies!! i love them guys (: esp the QUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN necklace. HAHAHA. thanks doggie! and the winnie the pooh. eh! lucky i didnt buy it myself. i almost bought it! andddd afl n quan! UR ROYALTY ShIRT!

last few moments of the life of as a seventeen.

an irony timing to do such thing as well as to feel this way. yet, it suddenly hit upon me that my life as at the end of seventeen years on this earth is much of an success.

i have accomplished nothing in the important aspects of my life and i've no sense of accomplishment. stupidity and ignorance, perhaps, was the only thing i'm proud to say i've been tangled with.

so what's with life. growing up, excelling, being an all-rounder, having wide social circle, and not forgetting a great family. the family i'm born into has nth to do with accomplishment. it's just fate. and i'm relieved that at least i have such good fortune to be born in a great family.

but i guess, the best ever thing tt ever happened to me after the good fate was to have great friends in secondary school whom i've nt really drifted away despite the fact that we have all chosen different route to take on after sec school. they have always known what's on my mind despite the distance. they always knew what to do with my moods. and they knew what would bring me from hell to heaven. thank you. and see u guys on the 15th (:

i was thinking. is there any decisions that i've made that impacted me greatly and benefited me lots. sebest told me it was choosing to go NP and met them. lol. i laughed. and i hesitated. afterall, i regretted taking on poly route at times. it's quite stupid actually. already at the end of my year 2 and im still doubting on my decision made 2 years ago.

can someone just enlighten me on what am i doing?
being a young adult now, i have suddenly lost my balance and weakened my footsteps. 'lost' shouldnt be the word. in e first place, i've never been clear-minded.
